Industrial coatings for plant, steel and fleet
Machinery earns nothing sitting in a yard with rust coming through it. Gear is blasted back, primed and coated so it stands up to the site it works on.
Prep is the job
Most coating failures are prep failures. Plant arrives with grease, old flaking paint and rust under it, and anything put on top of that fails on the same schedule the surface underneath does.
So it comes back to clean steel first. Blast, degrease, then into primer while the surface is still right rather than after it has sat overnight picking up moisture.
The coating that goes on top is chosen for what the machine actually does. Gear that lives in the weather, gets knocked about by rock, or sits in a wash bay is not asking the same thing of a coating as a workshop frame, and the primer matters more than the topcoat in every one of those cases.
Full size plant, not just parts
Dozers, large excavators, loaders and attachments. Truck bodies, tippers and trailers. Structural steel and fabricated frames. Tanks, guarding and site gear.
The shop is set up for full size machines rather than components alone, so a unit does not have to be stripped down to parts before it can be blasted and coated. Send dimensions with your enquiry and we will confirm the fit before you move anything.
Back into the fleet looking like the rest of it
Machinery colours are matched so a repaired unit does not stand out next to the ones that did not come in.
A machine that comes back a slightly different shade to the rest of the fleet is the kind of detail an operator notices every day, and it is avoidable.
