This describes what this website actually does with your information. It is short because the site does very little.

Who we are
This website is operated by Auto & Industrial Painting Enterprises Pty Ltd, ABN 54 636 036 756, ACN 636 036 756, of 46 Kelvin Rd, Wattle Grove WA 6107.

What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the type of work you have selected, and whatever you write in the details box.
We do not ask for anything else, and there is no account to create, no login, and no newsletter.
What we do with it
The form emails your enquiry to us so we can quote the work and get back to you. That is the whole purpose.
The website does not keep a copy. There is no database behind this site and no record of submissions is stored on the server. Once the email is sent, the only copy is in our mailbox.
We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or pass it to anyone who is not involved in doing your job.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
If that changes, this page will be updated before it happens, and anything that requires consent will ask for it.
The bot check on the form
The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It is there so the form cannot be used to send junk, and it works without tracking you across other websites.
To do that, Cloudflare receives your IP address and some technical information about your browser at the moment you submit the form. Cloudflare handles that under its own privacy terms.
Hosting and delivery
The site is served through Cloudflare, which sits in front of the server. Like any web server, standard technical logs are produced in the course of delivering pages, and they can include IP addresses. They are used for keeping the site running and secure, and nothing else.
Email is delivered through our mail provider in the ordinary way.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry stays in our email like any other message. If your job goes ahead, we keep the ordinary business records that go with it, including whatever we are required to keep for tax purposes.
If your job does not go ahead and you would rather we did not keep the enquiry, ask us and we will delete it.
Asking for your information, or its removal
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 0439 972 999 or email us and we will sort it out. There is no charge.
If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it.
