Terms
Terms of use for this website, and the basics of how our quotes work. Your job is governed by the written quote we give you, not by this page.

The information on this site
We keep this site accurate and current, but it is general information about the work we do. It is not advice about your particular vehicle, machine or job.
Photographs show work done by us. They are examples, not a promise that your job will look identical: every vehicle and every machine starts from a different place.
Quotes and prices
No prices are published on this site. Painting and coating work varies too much with condition and scope for a published number to mean anything useful.
A quote is given after we have seen the vehicle or machine, or seen enough photographs and dimensions to scope it honestly. Quotes are GST inclusive unless the quote says otherwise.
If we open a job up and find something that was not visible when we quoted it, which happens most often with rust and with old coatings, we stop and talk to you before doing extra work. You will not receive an invoice for work you did not agree to.
- Your quote states how long it is valid for and what it covers.
- Payment terms, and any deposit on a larger job, are set out on the quote before the work is booked in.
Enquiries through this site
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not book your job in. It starts a conversation. Work is booked once we have quoted it and you have accepted.
How we handle what you send is covered in the privacy policy.
Your consumer rights
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights apply on top of anything we say here, and cannot be excluded.
